What's Involved In A Free Trial Class?
The goal of the introduction session is to introduce you to the CrossFit approach in a fun and safe environment. People who are new to CrossFit should take the class. We’ll discuss what CrossFit is. ‘ with you, demonstrate some of the fundamental movements we employ, lead you through a brief 10-minute workout that you can complete at your own pace, and of course, there will be an opportunity to ask questions at the conclusion.
